Ingredients:  
1 ½ lb round steak, cut into 1" cubes
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 (15 ½ oz) can of pineapple chunks
½ - ¾ C water
¼ C soy sauce
⅓ C cider vinegar
2 Tbsp cornstarch
½ C brown sugar
¼ tsp ginger
2 tomatoes cut into wedges
1 lg green pepper cut into ½" squares
2 Tbsp sweet pickle relish

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef in hot oil in large skillet
Add water, vinegar, juice from pineapple, ginger, and soy sauce
Cover and simmer about 30 minutes
Mix cornstarch and brown sugar and stir into mixture.
Cook, stirring constantly over medium heat until it thickens and boils.
Reduce heat and add tomato wedges, pineapple chunks, green pepper, and pickle relish.
Simmer, covered until vegetables are tender crisp, about 5 minutes.

Serve over rice.
