4 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 lb boneless pork, cut into ½ in cubes
1 large sliced onion
1 clove garlic
1 can water chestnuts, minced, sliced, drained
1 can chicken broth
½ lb green beans (cut into ¼ pieces)
½ C thinly sliced celery
¼ lb mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp cornstarch
½ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Saute pork pieces on high heat 15 minutes
Add onions, garlic, chestnuts.
Continue cooking 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Mix in 1 cup broth, bring to boil.
Stir in green beans, celery, and mushrooms.
Cook 1 minute.
Cover and cook 2 minutes more.

Mix soy sauce and remaining broth in bowl.
Add cornstarch and salt. Mix well.

Add to skillet and stir until thickened.

Keep warm until ready to eat.
