1½ lbs boneless pork loin cut into ¼ inch slices about 3 inches long
½ cornstarch
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ cup canola oil
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 inch knob ginger, peeled and minced
½ cup honey
1 Tbsp rice, white or apple cider vinegar

Directions:

In a measuring cup mix, garlic, ginger, honey, vinegar and sriracha or chili garlic sauce. Mix well and set aside.

Cut pork to required strips. Dust pork in cornstarch salt & pepper.

In a shallow fry pan, heat oil. In small batches shallow fry the dusted pork. Best done in batches so pork crisps up. Transfer pork to a plate until all pork is cooked.
Return pan to and heat up. Add sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. Add pork and toss till covered and sticks.

Serve over, rice or noodles. Can also be used as a finger food. Can be eaten hot or cold.
