1/2 lb Ground Beef
4 Cloves Chopped Garlic
1/2 C Sliced Onion
4 lg Potatoes
1 pc White Bread
2 tbsp Beef Broth Concentrate
3 tbsp Sour Cream
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
6 Tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Cooking Oil
2 tbsp Flour

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450º
Chop 2 cloves of garlic. Add the other 2 cloves to aluminum foil shaped like a bowl. Dice potatoes into 1/2 in pcs.
In a bowl soak the bread with 3 tbsp water breaking it up with your spoon. Stir in beef, chopped garlic, 4 tbsp onion, salt, and plenty of pepper. Form into 1" balls. Place onto a baking sheet with the bowl of garlic to roast. Roast for about 10-12 min.
Cook potatoes and reserve 1 C of the water. Mash the garlic from the bowl. Add garlic, sour cream, and 4 tbsp butter to mash. Use leftover potato water or milk as needed.
In the skillet melt 2 tbsp butter. Add remaining onion, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat to low. Cooked until onions are browned 8-10 min. Add 2 tbsp flour stirring until incorporated. Slowly stir in 1 1/2 cups water and beef stock concentrate. Simmer until thickened.
Add meatballs to the gravy and serve over mashed potatoes.
