3 pkg Instant Ramen
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 lb Sirloin Steak
2 tbsp Cornstarch
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp Minced Ginger
3 Minced Glove Garlic
1 C Chicken Broth
1/2 C Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1/2 C Ginger Teriyaki Sauce
1/4 C Brown Sugar
1 Bunch Broccoli, Bite-Sized
1 C Shoestring Diced Carrots
Garnish Toasted Sesame Seeds and Green Onion

Cook 3 pkg instant ramen. No flavor packet. Drain.
In skillet heat oil. Toss Sliced sirloin with cornstarch. Sear sirloin 2 min on each side. Transfer to separate plate. Reduce heat to med-low. Add sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Cook for 1 min. Add chicken broth, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and brown sugar. Bring to a boil then simmer for 5 min. The sauce will thicken. Add broccoli, and carrots until they are tender. Add the sirloin, and noodles and toss. Garnish with Sesame seeds and diced green onion.
