1 lbs Ground Beef
2 Envelopes Taco Seasoning
2 Can Diced Tomatoes Drained
1 C Water
1 C Cooked Rice
1 Can Chopped Green Chilies
1 pkg Krusteaz Cornbread Mix
1 Can Corn Drained
1 C Sour Cream
2 C Corn Chips
2 C Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. In a skillet cook ground beef until cooked thoroughly breaking into crumbles. Stir in taco seasoning pkgs tomatoes, water, rice, and green chilies. Heat until warm together.
Meanwhile, prepare cornbread to pkg direction, then stir in corn. Pour half the batter into 13 x 9 greased pan. Layer with half the meat mixture, all the sour cream, half the corn chips, and 1 C cheese. Top with remaining batter and meat mixture.
Bake, uncovered 55-60 min or until cornbread is cooked through. Sprinkle with the remaining corn chips and 1 cup cheese. Bake for another 5 min or until cheese is melted.
If desired serve with lettuce, tomatoes, diced onion, or sour cream.
