2 lbs Beef Round Steak
2 tbsp Cooking Oil
1/4 C Soy Sauce Low Sodium
1 Diced Onion
2 Cloves Garlic Diced
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
3 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
1 Tbsp Browning Seasoning Sauce
1 Can Diced Tomatoes, undrained
2 Lg Green Peppers cut into strips
1/2 C Cold Water
1 Tbsp Cornstarch
Rice or Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Cut beef into 3 in by 1 in strips. Brown in oil in a skillet. Tranfer to the slow cooker. Combine the next 10 ingredients and pour over the meat. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until meat is tender.
Combine the cold water and the cornstarch to make a paste. Stir in the paste. Cook on high until thickened.
Pour over rice or noodles.
