3 lbs Pork Sirloin Roast
2 tbsp Cooking Oil
1 C Flour
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
4 Lg Cans Copped Green Chilis
1 Lg Chopped Sweet Onion
10 Cloves Chopped Garlic
3 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Salt
3 tsp Ground Pepper
1 C Chicken Broth
1 Diced Jalapeno Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the roast in the flour. Coat the meat with flour. Combine the remaining ingredients with the meat in the crock pot.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Break up the meat using tongs. Stir well.
Cook for 1 hour longer to help thicken.
Serve with rice or tortillas
