1¼ cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
1½ cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
3 cups Rolled Oats (not instant or quick)
½ cup chopped Walnuts
1 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
In large bowl cream butter and sugars, add eggs and vanilla, and beat well. Combine flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon. Add to first mixture and mix well. Add raisins and nuts. Add oats last. Drop by rounded Tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake 8 to 10 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool.
