1½-2lbs Halibut - cut into 4 pieces of halibut
1. Lime (zest and juice)
1C Mayonnaise
1T Ginger, grated finely
1 Small Jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1t Freshly cracked black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 400ºF.
2. Mix lime juice and zest, grated ginger, mayonnaise, jalipeno, and pepper and place in baking dish.
3. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly on to the top of each piece of halibut.
4. Roast for 15-20 minutes or until just translucent and flaky.
5. Serve with lime wedges and whatever else – just for the halibut.
