1 cup dry bread crumbs
½ cup milk
1 tsp seasoned salt
1½ lb ground raw chicken
½ cup flour
1 large egg
2 tbsp water
½ cup dry bread crumbs
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp hard margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Beat first egg with a spoon in a bowl. Add next three ingredients and stir. Add chicken and mix. Shape into nine patties. Place flour in a small bowl. Beat second egg in a second small bowl. Mix in water to make egg wash. Mix second amount of breadcrumbs in a third small bowl with paprika. Melt margarine in frying pan. Coat chicken patties with flour; dip in egg wash, then in crumb and paprika mixture. Brown on both sides and cook until done about 20 minutes.
