1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp oil
¼ tsp pepper
1½ cups flour
¾ cup water
1 tsp baking powder
3 chicken breasts (boneless)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs; Stir in oil, flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and water. Store in refrigerator (covered) for at least two hours or up to 10 hours. Cut chicken in finger size pieces; dip in flour, then in batter. Deep fry in oil until browned. Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
