½ cup cornmeal
¼ tsp pepper
½ cup flour
3 to 3½ lb cup up fryer chicken
1½ tsp salt
½ cup milk
1½ tsp chili powder
⅓ cup butter or margarine
½ tsp dried oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first six ingredients. Dip chicken in milk then shake in a bag with dry ingredients. Place in 9 x 13” pan and drizzle with butter. Bake uncovered at 375°F for 50 to 55 minutes or until done.
