7 ½-7¾ cups flour
1 T salt
2 pkgs yeast
2 ½ cups warm water
Crisco for greasing pan

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Dissolve 2 pkgs of yeast in 2 ½ cups warm water add 1 T salt in large bowl-mix with spoon.
Add 2 cups flour and beat until bubbles form
Stir in about 3 ½
cups flour
Place on floured surface and let rest 10 minutes
Knead in remaining a flour a little at a time until it is elastic like about 10 minutes
Put in greased bowl, cover with Saran Wrap in a couple dish towels and let rise until doubled.
Punch down and divide dough in half
Put in pan greased with Crisco
I pizza dough is wet add a little more flour
Put your preferred toppings on the pizzas
*If you put sauce , make sure to put it on the edges
Put pizza on the bottom rack
Bake at 400º for 20-30 minutes until bottom looks golden brown and dough is cooked
