12 large shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 sausages (any type), cut in chunks
1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 red onion, cut into chunks
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt & pepper to taste
Wooden skewers, soaked in water 30 min

Preheat your air fryer to 375°.
In a bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Thread the shrimp, sausage chunks, bell pepper, and onion alternately onto the soaked wooden skewers, creating your kabobs.
Brush the kabobs with the prepared olive oil and spice mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
Place the kabobs in the preheated air fryer basket, making sure they’re not overcrowded. You might need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
Air fry the kabobs for about 8-10 min, turning them halfway through the cooking time. The shrimp should turn pink and opaque, and the sausages should be cooked through.
Keep an eye on the kabobs to prevent overcooking, as cooking times can vary based on the air fryer model and the thickness of the ingredients.
Once done, carefully remove the kabobs from the air fryer and serve them hot.
