18 oz Apricot Preserves
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
3 tablespoon Prepared Horseradish
Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Pita Chips
Directions:
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the apricot preserves, dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons of horseradish, and ground black pepper. Add more horseradish and ground black pepper to taste.
2. Let sauce chill covered in the refrigerator before using.
3. Pour over the top of the cream cheese and serve with pita chips or crackers.
