1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 can French Onion soup 10.5 oz
1.5 c mozzarella cheese
1 tube buttermilk biscuits, 12 oz

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cook ground beef and onion till done and crumbled. Drain. Add the soup and bring to a boil. Pour into a 9" deep dish pie plate and sprinkle with cheese. Bake about 5 minutes until cheese is melted. Top with the biscuits and bake another 15-20 minutes until biscuits are browned.
