Place the rice Chex and corn Chex cereals in a large bowl and have them ready at your workstation. In a separate medium-sized bowl, combine the sugar and ground cinnamon, setting this mixture aside for later. Now, in a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the brown sugar, unsalted butter, and light corn syrup. Bring this mixture to a boil while stirring continuously. Let it cook for about 1 minute. Remove the mixture from the heat and stir in the baking soda. Then, pour this delightful concoction over the cereals in the large bowl.
