15 oz pumpkin puree
3 eggs
6 oz evaporated milk
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp salt

Topping
3/4 C flour
3/4 C old fashioned oats
1 C light brown sugar
1/2 C butter, melted
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Spray 8x11 baking dish with nonstick spray.

In small mixing bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon. Refrigerate.

In large bowl, combine pumpkin, eggs, evaporated milk, sugars, and spices. Mix until combined. Pour into prepared baking dish. Crumble topping evenly over filling.

Bake 45-50 minutes, until dark golden brown and crispy. Cool slightly before serving. Top with ice cream or whipped cream as desired.
