1lb ground beef
1 sm onion, diced
1 sm package Birds Eye mixed veggies
1-1 1/2c beef broth
1c Roscato red wine
3 Tblsp. Tomato paste
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tblsp. Flour
Salt/Pepper
Onion Powder

Topping:
1 Tub Bob Evans Mashed Potatoes
1/2c shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
-Fry ground beef, add onion and garlic.
- Defrost veggies and to beef mixture.
- Add in the wine, beef broth, tomato paste, salt, pepper & garlic. Bring to a bubble and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add in flour and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
- Heat pre-made mashed potatoes and stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Pour beef mixture into 9x11 baking dish and top with mashed potatoes.
- Cook at 350!m for 30 minutes.
