5 lbs. ground beef. 2 1/2 lbs. ground pork, 4 oz. minced garlic ,1 bunch parsley 5 eggs, 2 tbls salt, 2 tbls pepper ,2/3 oz. oregano , 1 1/2 cups whole milk , 2 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs.

Mix together well, Roll into 2 oz balls. Cook on baking sheet until done to taste. Turn down to 165 degrees and add sauce to preference.
