3 cups of whole milk. Don't even try this with that sissy skim or 2% stuff
1/4 cup of raw sugar - not a substitute
1 full banana

Directions:
Directions:
Smash a banana on a plate using a fork. Don't worry about small chunks - it adds to the texture.
Mix in the sugar.
Pour mixture into the glass with COLD milk and stir with the fork.
Enjoy!
