4 WHOLE CHICKEN BREASTS, (BONELESS, SKINLESS, POUND 1/4 INCH THIN)
1 LARGE EGG
3 TBSP LEMON JUICE (DIVIDED)
PINCH OF SALT

1/4 - 1/2 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1/8 TSP GARLIC POWDER
1/8 TSP PAPRIKA

1/4 CUP BUTTER

2 TSP KNORRŠ CHICKEN BOUILLON GRANULES
1/2 CUP BOILING WATER

Directions:
In a low bowl or pie plate, beat the egg with 1 Tbsp lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Set aside.

In a second low bowl or pie plate, combine flour, garlic powder, and paprika. Set aside.

Place chicken breasts between 2 pieces of plastic wrap or parchment paper and pound to 1/4 inch thin.

Dip chicken in egg mixture and then into the flour mixture - shaking off any excess flour. Heat butter in skillet and add chicken. Brown chicken breasts in butter in skillet for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side.

Dissolve bouillon granules in boiling water and pour into the chicken in the skillet. Add remaining lemon juice as well. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

Serve with additional lemon wedges on the side.
