Egg Noodles

2 large cans of chicken broth low sodium
4 Large carrots
¾ Large stalks of Celery
2 Large Chicken Breasts (opt. Bone-in)

Start noodle before you start soup.
Add cans of soup to a large soup pot. Bring to a rolling boil.
Add whole chicken breasts. Let simmer on low till the chicken is done.
Once the chicken is done take out and let it cool.
Add cut up veggies. While these cook finish noodles, and cut/tear chicken.
Add noodles and chicken. Let it heat to boiling. Then let sit for 5-10 min. Serve!

2 c. wheat flour
2 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks
1 whole egg
½ c. water
a little extra flour (for needing)

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour and salt in a large mixing bowl. Make a crater in the center for the eggs.
Pour eggs into crater and start to mix slowly adding the water as you go.
When the dough gets sticky tacky spread extra flour on a small area and place dough on it.
Add flour as you need the dough until it isn't sticky/tacky anymore. Put it back in the bowl covered until ready to add.
When your ready to add the noodles roll them to desired thickness (keep in mind the thicker it is the longer it's needed to cook) then cut into pieces, and toss into soup.
Let noodles cook all the way through.
