2 c. all purpose, bread flour or semolina flour
½ tsp. salt
½ - ¾ c. water
4 tbsp. olive oil

Optional:
- spinach, carrot, beet, tomato (make into juice and add in place of water)
- whole wheat
- herb (add 2 tsp. dried herbs to pasta)

Place flour and salt in mixer
Slowly add liquids and mix for 4 min.
Check consistency of dough:
- if powdery add more water, a tsp. at a time
- if too clumpy - add more flour, a tbsp. at a time
- should look like peas
Either cut or use paster machine to make desired shape
Lay pasta out on counter. if ready to cook have boiling water ready and drop pasta into water. Stir around slightly to prevent sticking. Cook two min. Drain.
If pasta will not be used right away, place in glass jars or plastic bags and freeze until ready to use.
