1 c. + 2 Tbsp. Flour
½ tsp. Salt
⅓ c. Oil
2 Tbsp Water

Heat oven to 425º
In medium mixing bowl, stir together flour and salt
Stir in oil with a fork
Add water, 1 tbsp at a time and stir just until blended. Do not over mix.
Shape into a ball.
Lightly moisten counter and cover with one piece of wax paper.
Place dough on center of paper, cover with second piece of wax paper and roll out starting from the center each time.
When crust is 1" larger than pie pan, remove piece of paper very carefully. Flip over and place crust in pie plate, being careful not to stretch or rip it.
Turn overlapping edge under so crust is even with edge of pie plate
Flue edge. Prick holes in bottom and sides and bake for 12-15 min. or until lightly golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool. Fill with your favorite pie filling.

Can halve recipe if you only need one crust.
