16 Hydrox cookies, crushed
1 c. dates, chopped
3/4 c. water
1/4 t. salt
15 marshmellows, quartered
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 t. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Cook dates, water and salt to boiling, and simmer 3 minutes. Add marshmellows. Cool and add nuts. Whip cream and add vanilla.
Put 1/2 cookie crumbs in 8x8 pan, add date mixture over this, then whipped cream, and top with remainder cookie crumbs. Refrigerate over night.
