4 cups Blackberries
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla or Almond Flavoring
6 Tbsp. Butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Place blackberries in a prepared 9 x 13 pan. Pour lemon juice and flavoring over blackberries and mix well. In a small bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Add 1 egg and whisk well to form a crumbley mixture. Pour over blackberries to completely cover. Pour butter over the topping. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve with ice cream.
