1 stick butter
2 packages of confectioners sugar/ or 2 pound bag
1 can coconut/ or 2 cups coconut
1 package chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
½ stick paraffin
4 cups finely chopped Pecans
1 Tablespoon Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add one package of confectioners sugar, ½ can Eagle Brand and mix well. Add coconut, pecans, rest of Eagle Brand, Vanilla, and second package of confectioners sugar. Mix well. Shape into small balls and chill. Melt paraffin in top of double boiler and add chocolate chips. Dip candy balls in mixture with a fork or toothpicks. Place on wax paper until set.
