4 eggs
2 cans Pumpkin Puree
1½ cup sugar
3 cups evaporated milk or heavy cream or use half of each
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ginger
2 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground cloves
Pillsbury Yellow cake mix
1½ sticks Butter
Nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Beat first 8 ingredients. Pour into buttered 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture. Melt and drizzle butter over the top of the sprinkled cake mix. Sprinkle with nuts if desired.
Bake for one hour. If using glass dish baking dish bake at 325º and may have to bake up to 20 minutes more. Cool and serve with sweetened whipped cream. Keep refrigerated.
