1 lb. Ground Beef
1 Can Pinto Beans or Red Kidney Beans
10-12 oz. Tortilla Chips - crushed
1 Can Spicey Tomatoes
1 Small Onion
2C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Pkg Taco Seasoning
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
½ C Chicken Broth

Sour Cream, Salsa, Guacamole for serving

1. Pre-heat oven to 325º
2. In a large skillet brown meat and drain fat off.
3. Stir in tomatoes, beans, onion, taco setasingn soup and chicken broth.
4. Simmer over medium-low heat until everything is well combined and heated through
5. Grease 9 x 13 casserole dish. Put down a laye3r of crushed tortilla chips, followed by a layer of the meat/bean mixture, than half of the cheddar cheese. Repeat layers.
6. Cover with foil and bake for 20-30 minutes, or until bubbly.
7. Let sit for 5-10 minutes before serving with accompaniments.

Jan made this for the two of us Sept 12, 2023. It was good - inexpensive and we said our kids would like it. Options to add heat - or make some changes ourselves if we wanted to.
