2 cans White Hominy
2 cans Yellow Corn
1lb. Monterey Jack Cheese
8 oz. Pepper Jack Cheese
1/2 stick of Butter
1 small Tub of Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Open and drain all 4 cans and empty into a large glass casserole dish. Shred both blocks of cheese and add them to the corn and hominy. Soften butter and add to dish then add tub of sour cream.

Mix gingerly with a spatula.

Cook for 35 min. Once done let cool for 15 min till its semi-solid.

Then Serve!
