3-4lbs. Bone in pork roast
Garlic Powder
5-6 small Red Potatoes (washed and cut bite sized.

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 425º. Rinse pork roast and sprinkle with garlic powderk place in roasting pan or cake pan. Cook for 30 min.

Baste and turn oven down to 325º. Cook about 1 hour checking by slicing into the roast or using a meat thermometer.

Baste frequently, but do not pour excess water in pan. Let the juice at the bottom turn brown. Add water and swish pan to make brown juice.
Add potatoes cooking for another 45 min.

Turn 1 or 2 times to brown.
Check meat and potatoes for doneness.

Let set for 20 mins. Slice and serve.
