Mix all ingredients in a food processor or mixer until dough pulls away from side of bowl. Divide dough in half, and put each half in 2 greased bread pans, (*I use 15x4½”) pressing dough into the bottoms of the pans. Cover and let rise until doubled in size, about 1½ hours. Bake at 375º for about 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and invert bread onto cooling racks. Let cool at least 10 minutes before slicing. Serve. Can be frozen once completely cooled. Makes 2 loaves. *Or 3-9x5” loaf pans.

Personal Notes:
I have had this recipe for as long as I can remember. I also use this dough recipe for my pizza dough. This bread is great served with anything. It’s great toasted for breakfast or a BLT, as French toast, under chipped beef or sausage gravy. The skies the limit.
