6 peppers, halved and seeded
3/4 loaf of my homemade bread, maybe 6 cups broken up in pieces
4 large eggs
1 6 oz jar of green stuffed olives, sliced and the juice
1/2 c onion flakes
2 tbsps garlic powder
1 c grated Parmesan
1 stick butter, melted
Olive oil to spray on top of each pepper
1 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare baking pan with Pam or olive oil if you prefer

Line up the peppers.

Mix break, eggs, olives, onion flakes, Parmesan, and garlic powder with water and olive brine stuff the peppers, then spray the tops with olive oil.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 50 minutes until tops are golden.
