Shortbread:

2 c flour
1 c butter
1/2 c sugar
pinch of salt

Caramel:

1/2 c butter
3/4 c light brown sugar
2 (397 g) tins of sweetened condensed milk

chocolate layer:

1 bag chocolate chips (10 1/2 oz)
Tbsp oil

Directions:
Directions:
Turn on oven to 350º
Place layer of baking paper in 9 inch square baking tin.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add flour and salt.
Press into pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Remove and allow to cool.

Melt butter and sugar in saucepan over medium heat.
Add two tines of condensed milk.
Bring to boil for 1-2 minutes.
Turn down to simmer and continue to stir for 10-15 minutes until mixture has thickened and darkened.
Spread over shortbread layer.
Allow to cool and set.

Melt chocolate in 30 second blasts, adding oil when 1/2 melted. Pour over caramel layer and evenly spread.
