1 lb frozen pineapple
3/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lime juice
2 Tbsp. sugar, optional

ALCOHOLIC:
1 lb frozen pineapple
1/2-3/4 cup tequila
1/4 cup triple sec
1/4 cup lime juice
2 Tbsp. sugar, optional

VIRGIN:
In blender add your frozen pineapple, orange juice, lime juice and sugar.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Line the rim of your glasses with a lime wedge and dip and roll in flaked salt. Pour/spoon mixture into glasses and serve.

ALCOHOLIC:
In blender add your frozen pineapple, tequila, triple sec, lime juice and sugar. Blend until smooth and creamy. Line the rim of your glasses with a lime wedge and dip and roll in flaked salt. Pour/spoon mixture into glasses and serve.
 Makes two cocktails.
