2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. dates, chopped
1/4 t. almond extract
1 c. grated coconut
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs in buttered casserole, and add sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in uncovered casserole for 25 to 30 minutes or until brown in 350 degree oven. Stir once in a while during baking. Let cool, stirring occasionally. When cool, form into balls and roll in powdered sugar. This mixture is gooey when you roll it.
