6 T Oleo (melted)
1 c Brown Sugar
1 c Boiling Water
3 T Cornstarch
2 T Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1 2/3 c Milk
3 Egg Yolks
1 Baked Pie Shell

Meringue:
3 Egg Whites
1/4 c Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan, bring Oleo & Brown Sugar up to a boil, stirring constantly so it won't stick to the pan. Once boiling take off the stove and add boiling water and stir until combined. Then add Cornstarch, Flour, Salt, Milk, and egg yolks mixing well. Then place back on the stove and cook on low heat until thick. Transfer pie mixture to the baked pie shell and top with Meringue. Toss in the oven for a few to tint the meringue.
