500g block of puff pastry
400g sausage meat
Few tablespoons of chutney
Flour to sprinkle
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180C

2. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper

3. Cut pastry and sausage meat into quarters

4. Roll out pastry into rectangle shape

5. Spread some chutney on the bottom edge of the pastry rectangle

6. Evenly distribute the sausage meat over the line of chutney

7. Paste some water on the top edge of the pastry rectangle

8. Roll the pastry into a large sausage shape and cut into even, bite-size pieces.

9. Repeat with the other 3 quarters of pastry and sausage meat.

10.Crack the egg in a bowl, beat the egg and brush onto each sausage roll.

11. Place in oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown and the meat is thoroughly cooked
