4 (58 grams) digestive biscuits
25 grams (1 tablespoon) butter
100 grams soft cheese
2 teaspoons icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
1. Break up the biscuits into small crumbs.

2. Melt the butter, add the biscuit crumbs and stir so all the crumbs are coated

3. Press the crumbs into the bottom of your tin with the back of a metal spoon and place in the fridge.

4. Stir in the soft cheese together with the vanilla and icing sugar.

5. Spread evenly onto the biscuit base. Leave to set in the fridge overnight.

6. Sprinkle with a little icing sugar on the top to serve.
