Frosted Grapes: Brush dry clusters of grapes (red or purple) with slightly beaten egg white. Sprinkle with granulated sugar. Place on cooling rack to dry. Use to decorate a fruit bowl, or whatever. Very pretty!

Frosted Flowers: Select small flowers. Combine 1 slightly beaten egg with 1 tablespoon water. Brush mixture on petals of flowers with a small soft brush. Sprinkle with granulated sugar (a fine sugar is best), and place on a cooling rack to dry. Store in a dry place until time to use. Very pretty to garnish a fruit cup, or decorate a cake.
