1/4 cup butter
1 cup white rice
2 cups water
2 generous tablespoons of Tomato Bullion with Chicken Flavor
Several large spoonful of salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Wash rice in cold water to remove starch. Let it sit in the strainer for a few minutes to drain.

Melt butter in sauce pan at medium high heat. When melted, add the rice and brown.

Add the water/bullion mixture.

Bring to a boil and add the salsa.

When boiling, cover tightly and turn stove to "low." Cook 30-45 minutes until rice is tender.
