2 cups Alphonso mango 330 grams
2 cups plain yogurt 490 grams
4 tbsp sugar 50 grams
Pinch cardamom powder
Garnishes
Almond slices
Dry rose pettles

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut mango into small pieces.
In a blender, combine the mango, yogurt, sugar, and cardamom powder.
Pulse until the mixture is creamy and the mango is completely blended. If too thick, add milk in ⅛ cup additions until it is the desired consistency.
Pour into glasses and refrigerate until ready to serve. Best chilled for at least 30-minutes so cold throughout.
Garnish with chopped almonds and dried rose petals before
