2 c sugar
1 c butter or shortening
1 c sour cream
2 egg yolks
1 egg
1 1/2 t baking soda
1 t salt
3/4 t nutmeg
4 1/2 - 5 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the sugar and the butter.
Add beaten eggs and sour cream.
Add sifted dry ingredients using only enough flour so dough can be easily molded.

Haven't made these yet, it's on my list.
Not sure if it is to be rolled out with a rolling pin and cut or rolled into balls and sugar and then pressed.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes until set.

This is Gramma Ruth Benjamin's recipe. She was Gramma Lavern's (GiGi) mom.
She lived in Bellevue, Alberta. Died at 103 yrs old.
