Ingredients:  
London broil (or any other meat- oyster, skirt steak etc.)
Montreal steak spice
1 bag lettuce
1 can hearts of palm
cherry tomatoes
1 avocado
honey glazed almonds

Dressing:
½ c. mayo
2½ T. honey
2 T. soy sauce
1 T. red wine vinegar
2 T. water
1 cube garlic
2 cubes basil
¼ t. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle the meat with Montreal steak spice.
Broil the meat on each side for about 10 minutes (depending on the size).
Slice very thin.
Mix the dressing ingredients together well.
Combine salad components, add meat and dressing, and serve.
