440 grams green apples
460 grams watermelon
280 grams honeydew melon
380 grams red grapes
2 tablespoons lemon juice
175 grams jelly crystals
900 millilitres boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Wash all the fruits.
2. Peel the skin from the melons, cut out the apple cores and halve the grapes.
3. Cut into bite sized pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice if necessary, to prevent browning.
4. Make up the jelly, set aside to cool slightly.
5. Portion the fruits into coupes, pour the cooled jelly over to just cover the fruits. cover,
label and store in the fridge until required.
