3 c egg noodles
1 T butter
1 small onion.diced
2 stalks celery, diced
2/3 c frozen peas, defrosted
1 can tuna
1 can condensed mushroom soup
1/3 c milk
1 c cheddar cheese
1 T parsley

Crumb topping
1/2 c panko crumbs
1 T melted butter
1/2 c cheddar
1 T parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Combine topping ingredients and set aside.
Boil noodles al dente according to package.
Drain and rinse under cold water.
Cook onion and celery in butter until tender 5-7 minutes.
In a large bowl combine noodles, onion mixture, peas, soup, milk, cheese, tuna and parsley. Mix well.
Spread in a greased 2 quart casserole dish and top with crumb topping.
Bake 18-20 minutes until bubbly.
