1 C whole milk
3/4 C sugar
2 Tbs espresso powder
2 Tbs dutch-process cocoa
2 C heavy cream or whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla
8 Oreo cookies, broken into small pieces
Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, whisk together milk, sugar, espresso powder, and cocoa until sugar is dissolved. Stir in cream and vanilla.

Process in ice cream maker 20-25 minutes. Stir in cookie bits at last minute.

Serve immediately and store remaining in container in freezer.
