"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
5 (1.9 ounce) Butterfinger bars, crushed
16 ounces powdered sugar
2½ cups graham cracker crumbs
24 ounces chocolate almond bark or chocolate candy coating
1¼ cups melted butter
1½ cups crunchy peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine crushed Butterfinger bars, graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and crunchy peanut butter. Mix until well blended.

Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet. Chill in the refrigerator about 30 minutes to firm up.

While the balls are chilling, follow instructions on the chocolate almond bark or chocolate candy coating package to melt until smooth.

Using a fork or dipping tool, coat each chilled ball with the melted chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.

Place the chocolate coated balls on a sheet lined with parchment or wax paper to set. Let them rest until the chocolate is fully hardened.
